There was drama after an unknown lady tried to hold the interior cabinet secretary doctor Fred Matiang'i after a ground breaking ceremony.
In some photos shared by The Standard, the Kisii County Commander Francis Kooli was assisted by junior officers to move a woman from a helicopter which Interior CS Fred Matiang’i had boarded at Ibacho in Kisii County.
The woman tried to reach out at Matiang’i who had laid a foundation stone at Ibacho Level Four Hospital.
Its is not yet known what the lady wanted to do and why she wanted to hold the no nonsense CS.
These photos have elicited so many reactions across the internet with a majority of netizens questioning why the CS refused to listen to her.
