Road accidents have continued to cause more harm than good by claiming innocent lives. For the past days, death caused by unnecessary road accidents have been recorded with the latest death being that of an UDA aspirant.
Here is the list of UDA aspirants who have died between April and May in grisly road accidents;
1. Honourable Mark Bowen
The UDA fraternity has been thrown into deep mourning after Sambirir ward MCA hopeful died while receiving treatment at Moi Teaching and Referral hospital following a grisly road accident along a busy highway. Elgeyo Markwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen who took to social media to join the family in mourning his death couldn't believe that he is no more.
2. Wesley Kogo
The Nandi Hill Mp hopeful died barely days before UDA nominations. He was to battle it out will the incumbent MP Alfred Keter, Mr Robert Chepkwony, Mr Abraham Limo, Ms Jemutai Irine and Benard Kitur for UDA ticket but his life was cut short by the road accident on 7th April.
Wesley was on his way to a local radio station when the accident occurred.
3. Nancy Wanjala
She died on the spot after her salon car collided with a lorry along Mombasa-Nairobi highway at night on April, 7th.
Nancy Wanjala wanted to vie for Chaana ward MCA seat on UDA ticket.
