A horrific road accident involving a probox and a PSV Matatu has taken place at Limuru area.
According to reports the Probox driver was driving at a very high speed before hitting the PSV Matatu.
Sikika Road Safety said that the Probox driver could have been rushing to beat curfew time. Sikika urged Kenyan drivers to observe their speeding.
"Sad news just in. From the source...He was at high speed trying to beat curfew but the probox overturned... drivers please watch on your speed!!" Sikika Road Safety wrote on social media.
A witness, Ben Ndirangu who was in the scene revealed that it was a head on collision between a Probox ferrying avocados and a NNUS Matatu. He also said that several were left critically injured.
