A 13-year-old school boy on Monday 20th strongly defended one lady accused of defiling him. According to him, the 32-year-old lady did not force him into the act and that he willingly got himself into it. He added that it had been eight months since he got himself into the habit with her.
The boy however explained to the court that the lady in question who used to work in their home introduced him into it before he got addicted. He said that the lady lured him eight months ago and up to the time she was arrested, there was no day he ever had been forced into it.
Testifying before the Nairobi Principal Magistrate, the boy whose name has been concealed because he is a minor said that the duo had regular sessions between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm thrice a week. The woman had told him to keep it secret until the day his parents became suspicious.
Despite knowing the fact that what she was doing was wrong, the lady kept mishandling him before she was arrested and charged with exposing the minor to the offence. She was released on half a million shillings bond and her case will be heard on September 24th this year.
