The Kenyan Government has delivered finger-licking news to learners in Makueni County after it announced the commencement of a school feeding programme in the schools.
Addressing Kenyans via the Kenya News Agency, the government has divulged that it has now embarked on a school feeding programme in schools strategically placed within the vast Kibwezi Sub-County in Makueni County.
Giving a glimpse of the pivotal reason as to why it has commenced the school feeding programme, the Kenyan government articulated that it was solemnly geared towards supporting learners that have been hard hit by drought.
"The Government in collaboration with partners has embarked on a school feeding programme as part of the support to learners in Kibwezi Sub County that have been hard hit by drought," the Kenyan government stated.
