A man in Nairobi has lost assets and money worth Ksh 500k to fake friends after hosting an event at his house in Kayole junction without knowing without knowing their motives.

According to K24 News, Lewis Wachira was drugged by two of his female friends identified as Loose Waithera, 35 and Lilian Njambi, 42 emptying his M-pesa and bank account.
Its still unclear how the two suspects managed to obtain his M-pesa and bank pins but his household items and goods, electronic items and mobile phones were also stolen.

Wachira told police that he woke up the next morning with numerous bank and M-pesa messages that he had withdrawn money from his accounts. Wachira who is self employed and owns a printing business says he has worked hard to get that money to which DCI detectives are not helping even despite sharing information of the suspects.
