Paul Musyoka, the culprit, was caught by his wife who had gone to the market to buy household items only to return home and find the husband engaging their daughter in the heinous act.
Confirming the incident is the Matunglu Sub-County Police Commander, Evans Mose who said that the mother of the girl informed neighbours about the husband's act who later called the police to the scene.
Before the police arrived, residents decided to give the man a beating to a pulp to teach him a lesson.
The medical report conducted on the girl at the Kangundo Level 4 Hospital proved that the girl was indeed defiled.
Thr culprit was taken to the Tala police station awaiting to be arraigned in court once investigation is completed.
