Panic has gripped Kahawa wendani after reports had it another building was reportedly sinking in the area.
According to Dp Ruto photographer Danito Kinyanjui, a building is currently sinking in the area and resident are leaving the scene.
This worrying development comes amid several incidents where buildings have collapsed in Nairobi and it's environs.
Just two days ago, Ruiru residents in Kiambu County escaped death by a whisker after a building they were forcefully evacuated from collapsed at 4am the next morning.
Previously, lives have been lost during these scary collapses.
According to building experts, most of these incidents have been associated with poor construction materials and under experienced engineers.
Kenyans have been urged to evacuate immediately if they feel unsafe in most of these storey buildings.
Meanwhile , a man from Ruaka was arrested at the airport trying to escape after his building collapsed killing two on the spot.
