" Sio Tafadhali" Check Out What President Ruto Has Directed On The Turkana Pokot Bandits Incident That Killed 10 Officers

Following the sad news, that11 people among eight police officers and the chief were on Saturday killed by the suspected Pokot bandits, who had raided a village in Turkana East and made a way with livestock, two other members of the public were also killed by the bandits who are yet to be traced.

President Ruto has now assured Kenyans that the government is doing what it's supposed to do, to make sure that we see the last kind of things. This will ensure that the country is peaceful by dealing with this menace.

" After receiving a comprehensive report on the Turkana/Pokot incident that led to 10 security officers losing their lives, I have instructed security agencies to deal firmly, decisively, and conclusively with those involved. Cattle rustling will stop na sio tafadhali".

The National Police Service says the officers were killed while in pursuit of the bandits. More police officers have been deployed in the area to pursue the attackers who are still at large and also to beef up security.
