The outspoken member of parliament for Westlands Tim Wanyonyi has today visited fire victims within his constituency. He has revealed fire ensued last night in Shanti and destroyed houses burning everything to ash.
He was keen to note that she fire burnt down belongings if the tenants where over one hundred households were left homeless today morning. He was keen to note that she damage took place since the fire fighter did not arrive on time to put out the fire since is was miles away.
He has called upon the county government to deploy a fire fighter to each sub county to enhance a quick response in the event of fire. He later paraded his donations on the ground where each family received two new blankets and foodstuffs to make them comfortable this festive season. The donations were practically put on the ground by his team where each household was picking one as they left the field.
