Caroline Kangogo's death remains a mystery after even the Chief Government Pathologist Johansen Oduor conducted the post-mortem on Kangogo's body. Yesterday, the Pathologist said that the autopsy confirmed Kangogo died by a single gunshot to the head and he didn't establish whether she committed suicide or was killed.
“Caroline Kangogo died by a single gunshot wound to the head. The bullet entered through the right chin and exited on the left side of the head, its trajectory being through the brain and the skull,” he said this after a two-hour autopsy at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital Mortuary in Eldoret.
He also said that they have taken swabs of the hand and will establish whether she died of suicide or was killed. This is after the speculations that the killer cop Caroline Kangogo was killed and her body planted in her family's bathroom.
Lawmakers Cliff Ombetta and Makueni Senator Mutula Kilonzo refuted claims that Caroline took her life and called for speedy investigations into the matter and establish who killed Caroline Kangogo. Her body is conserved at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital awaiting further autopsy and burial.
