While she was speaking during her son's burial ceremony, Anne,broke into tears explaining how she has struggled to raise her son after her husband died ,only for him to die prematurely and painfully from injuries after was allegedly beaten by Tala police officers.

According to DCI reports, Muli was arrested while in a club at Kangundo,where he was drinking with his cousin late hours of the night by police officers from Tala police post.And few days later,his body was found lying at City mortuary with injuries on the head and private parts.
According to postmortem results from government pathologist, Muli died from injuries contrary to what police officers from Tala said that he consumed Acid to avoid arrest.
This issue has drawn attention to many leaders,amongst then Matungulu member of parliament, Mutinda Mule.Who has table a motion in parliament demanding answers as to why,police officers have continued their brutally upon their son(Muli).
