Responding to speculation that Kanyi died of Covid-19 related complications, Elgeyo Marakwet County Police Commander, Patrick Lumumba, said doctors will make a determination as to the cause of death.
Elgeyo Marakwet county deputy governor is among those who have mourned the late disclosing that he was one of his great friends.
He has noted that he always dedicated and worked with utmost humility and hence he will be missed greatly by the people he served throughout his term as the Officer Commanding Keiyo North Police Department.
