His excellency president William Samoe Ruto today has finally launched a hustler fund at Green Park Terminus in Nairobi County. His excellency William Samoe Ruto was accompanied by his deputy president honorable Rigathi Gachagua among top ally of Kenya Kwanza coalition. During the launch, his excellency explained to Kenyans that any person above 18 years is a beneficiary of hustler fund.

According to Ruto's viral post through his Facebook page, today he interacted with different groups of people especially Bodaboda operators, mama Mboga, vijana mtaani, Matatu stakeholders etc.

Ruto and his deputy president honorable Rigathi Gachagua today were seen buying and eating roasted maize from hawkers and also comfortably interacting with them during that hustler fund launching activity.
