The detectives managed to arrest the husband of Agnes Jebet Tirop as he was trying to get out of the country to avoid being arrested as he is the main suspect.
According to K24 digital news reports, the homicide detectives have retrieved a crucial evidence that will help to get more details on the murder of Agnes Jebet Tirop.
A CCTV footage from the house of Agnes in Elgeyo Marakwet has been retrieved and will be used to help in the ongoing investigations.
"The video is vital as it reveals the last moments of the lady before she died and is a boost to the ongoing investigations." A detective from the DCI told the media today.
The husband of the late Agnes Jebet Tirop is still being grilled by the DCI in Changamwe as earlier on revealed by George Kinoti.
"The suspect is currently being grilled by detectives at Changamwe police station, for more details into the murder before being arraigned to answer to murder charges." DCI boss stated.
