Burale was hosted by Ndambuki in his churchill show and said this."I attempted to commit suicide thrice when I was in the UK and twice when I was in Kenya. I even once ate toothpaste for dinner."
Asked whether he had a plan to marry after his divorce with his first wife. Robert said that he still has hope that he will get a wife considering that he is a luwya man who according to the traditions should be a married person.
The handsome pastor also said that his experience in UK has made him learn alot about life and he knows the pain that people are undergoing to put food on the table. He admits that a grown man without food can even cry considering that he faced the same poverty while living in United Kingdom.
Robert says that suicide cases are as a result of poverty and depression as the victims sometimes lack support from close family members and friends. He advices that we learn to listen and offer help if we are blessed to do so because it could help in reducing suicidal thoughts and attempts.
