Former prime minister Raila Odinga who is the ODM party leader visited Laikipia county, Laikipia East Constituency and Nyahururu town where he has received warm reception from residents of the region. This cones a day after deputy president William Ruto visited the region leaving many Kenyans in wonder on whether Raila is copying Ruto.
After the church service, Raila Odinga turned out to Nyahururu town bringing business into a standstill as huge crowd of people welcomes him to Laikipia county. The crowd shocked Raila Odinga as he said that he has never seen such a Large crowd in Nyahururu than what he has seen today.
The crowd agreed to support Raila as they continued to shout and chant with their high voices Raila's name and ODM party related slogans. Raila Odinga also used the moment to popularise his Azimio la Umoja bid.
