With less than a week since Nakuru Doctor James Gakara and his two children were laid to rest, details have started to emerge on the family issues that were inscribed in the doctor's will.
Dr. Gakara is accused of killing his two children before killing himself. Police were forced to break the door to retrieve the children's bodies and rushed Gakara to a hospital where he stayed in the intensive care unit for several days before passing away.
It's still unclear what may have transpired behind the scenes that led to the brutal incident. According to Gakara’s Family Spokesman, the government is yet to release the postmortem results.
It has now emerged that Gakara left a will on how his wealth is to be shared. According to a source aware of the happenings within the family, Gakara had listed her 20-year-old daughter Agnes Njeri as a beneficiary of his huge estate. The will however did not mention Agnes' mother, who was Gakara’s 1st first wife.
