JKUAT Student Arrested After He Was Found Living With Dead Body Of His Roomate In The House

A third-year student at Jomo Kenyatta University has been arrested after allegedly being discovered in the same room as a recently deceased student.

A credible news outlet has reported that the suspect, whose identity remains unknown, has been detained and taken to the police station.

The deceased may have been murdered on Sunday, according to the claims of a renowned reporter located in Thika, Moses Ngige, who took to social media to discuss the topic.

Kenyans have taken to social media in response to this tragedy, airing their grievances and demanding action from the government to stem the recent spate of killings of university students around the country.

Most Kenyans have been quoted as saying it is tragic that the government has not yet taken action to prevent the rising number of student deaths, with many bodies being discovered in student dormitories.
