The untimely death of a young police officer who died in line of duty has left residents of Rongai mourning.
The officer who was identified as Martin Cheruiyot or Martin CK is said to have meet his untimely death in Lamu - Taita Taveta border due to the recent clashes witnessed in the area.
Martin who comes from Rongai Nakuru county had shceduled his wedding to be on 30 December last year but because of work he postponed his wedding to April this year.
Unfortunately, he met his untimely death and left his love of life mercy in mourning.
According to Mercy , the two had great plans together, he was a good man to her and she was hoping to marry him coming April but never come to pass.
May God rest his soul in eternal peace.
