A top performing musician was beaten to death according to an autopsy result carried out today by the chief government pathologist in the presence of DCI. The popular artist called Ainamoi superstars was believed to have been attacked by unknown assailants moments after performing at a live show.

According to The Standard digital media platform, the artist was found unconscious and rushed to a nearby hospital after being robbed thousand of shillings after being paid by the event organizers. The Director of Criminal Investigations unit in Marigat police divisional headquarters reported that the perpetrators involved in the heinous act are on the run as no arrests have been made yet.

However, close family members of the budding artist blame the event organizers for failing to provide the artist with proper security and accommodation leading to his death. The body will be interred at their family home in Bomet County.
