For a long time, January has been known for its dryness, but this year's January is totally different. Contrary to expectations, the country has been inundated with rain over the past two days, and it is anticipated to continue for several more days.
Nairobi and parts of Western Kenya are expected to have more rain, according to the Kenya Meteorological Department (MET).
Moderate to heavy rainfall is expected in the Western regions of the country, including Bungoma, Eldoret, Kericho, and Kitale, according to the MET.
