He's Limping In Pain: Sad As Kenyan Man Who Left For Greener Pastures Now Begs In Uganda

Michael Wanyonyi is a Kenyan man who relocated to Uganda several decades ago and lost touch with his home.He has since got old, weary, and unable to fend for himself, forcing him to become a beggar on Sassa road, in Mukono, about 30 minutes east of the capital Kampala.Henry Mutebe, the well-wisher who made it upon himself to help Wanyonyi, told Hillary Lisimba that the man is in a bad medical condition and lives as a beggar.

According to Mutebe, the distressed man remembers that he comes from Bungoma and that he was living with his sister, who worked at Mulago National Referral Hospital in Uganda.
