Cases of murder have gradually continued to increase with several piling at the court. As this happens, there is an ongoing further investigation about the National Lands Commission àOfficer who was murdered and bodyàaa found at Ngong forest. à the name Paul Mwangi Njenga had earlier on been arrested in 2005. However, the man was released by a female then High Court Judge calledàaaaaaa Jessie Wanjiku Lessit. He had been arrested with murder and violence. 
His 2005 case was unearthed after people repeatedly posted about it. In her explanation, Justice Lessit, who made the ruling together with Justice Makhandia, said that the identification of Mwangi wasn’t proof enough, and just because he was arrested together with Geoffrey Ambani Makamu didn’t mean he was guilty of the crime. 
This came after what is the court claimed that enough evidence concerning the case. This is how the man managed to walk out of freely.
