The car registration number KBP 469V was abandoned by unknown people at the market on Thursday night and the owner is yet to be known.
Wikililwe location chief Eunice Kiema told Opera news that she was notified about the car by members of the public.
She said that the vehicle has a flat tire and that could be the reason why it was abandoned.
She said the matter has been reported to the police who have commenced investigations.
"When people woke up they found the vehicle there, it has a flat tire and it could be the reason the owners left it. We have reported to the police to investigate because we don't know who are the owners," she said.
The owner of the vehicle hasn't been found yet up until now.
