Siaya county and Kenya as whole are in deep sadness as the whole country still mourns the death of Jakoyo Midiwo. Jakoyo felt ill on Saturday, 12/6 2021 and was rushed to Nairobi Hospital for medical check up.
Health experts said that Midiwo suffered of low blood pressure and admitted him in the intensive care unit.
Midiwo died on 14/6/2021 after battling with illness for a long time. He died at 55 years of age at Nairobi Hospital.
In just two weeks before his death, the Midiwo's family lost four members including; Jakoyo's elder sister Julia who died on Sunday, his grandmother who passed away on June 2 and an uncle. This has brought shock to the family as they loose three family members in a row.
Great politicians have sent their sincere condolences,, among them include His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta ,Raila Odinga and others. Most politicians have mentioned Midiwo as a great leader who served the nation with intelligence and integrity.
