Kibera Man In Court For Leaving His ‘Famous’ Cap At Crime Scene

A man who was arraigned in court for housebreaking and carting away the door with the padlock after stealing items has been released on a bond of Ksh100,000. The offended is said to be a woman by the name Fridah Khanzika.

John Auka, who is a well known resident of Kibra is said to have forgotten his famous cap at the crime scene. It is reported that he forgot this cap when he was making away with the stolen goods.

“Auka broke into ’s house in Nairobi and stole decoders, a DVD player, two phones, a solar system, a laptop, and a dozen of exercise books on September 28,” the court clerk read from the charge sheet.

At the time of the action, Fridah was away and her children were just stranded outside. The estimate worth of the goods stolen were Ksh. 69,000. Amid her shock, she stumbled upon a cap and imminently she realized that she had spotted Auka wearing it at many instances. She promptly went and reported the matter at Kibra police station and an arrest was conducted.
