Tshepang Godfrey Siduma a South African native was arrested at Jomo Kenyatta Airport as he tried to free the country. He was on the run after absconding a court hearing today prompting an arrest warrant to be issued against him.
According to sources the accused in company of two other uncivil men, were found guilty of a 40 Kilogram gold plot. He had obtained $ 97500 from an Australian Kamal Nashwan, on false pretense that they would sell him gold. They had previously been arrested at Deed Company limited along Gatanga road.
DCI detectives probed on the matter after the South African native did not attend the court hearing. The Australian sensed their malicious activity after they did not deliver the merchandise on time. With close cooperation with DCI detectives, they were able to track them down.
People ought to be cautious not to indulge themselves in crime. Crime does not pay.
