NTV Kenya on Twitter shared information that two Karbanet Doctors Voluntarily surrendered the title deed to parcel of land Valued at 5 million to the Ethics and Anti-corruption commission.
According to NTV, Dr. kibet and Dr. kurgat who run Kerio Hospital in Karbanet, Baringo County purchased the public parcel to land owned by the department of housing and ubarn settlement from Mr John in 2017 and they were given a title deed.

According to reports, EACC says the land was illegally alienated to Mr. John with the Collusion of officers from the ministry of land. Now the two doctors surrendered the title deed to the EACC Mr Wekesa.This is followers an alternative dispute resolution tribunal between the doctors and EACC officers.
