A 33-year-old banker was on Wednesday afternoon found dead inside his residential house in Nyalenda estate, Kisumu County.
Police the body of the deceased was found discovered by his brother who went to serve him food and found him dead then notified the police.
Four Police officers attached to Kisumu town police station who got wind of the incident immediately toured the scene and chased the crowd who thronged the small room to have a glance on the body of the deceased.
A close friend to the deceased, a nurse, examined the body but vowed to issue a detailed report on the exact cause of his death.
"His body was discovered by his brother who went to serve him food. On reaching at the door he called him several times, prompting him to get into the house the door was open. The body had no visible injuries. It is said that he used to take alcohol but there are bottles here," one of the police officers said.
The body of the deceased was transferred Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital for preservation.
