The grade three pupil who is aged eleven was climbing a tree as he usually does when he mistakenly missed a step and fell. What separated him from the ground was a pointed three-meter long tree trunk that went right into his body aided by the force of gravity and pressure laws ( a pointed object has less contact area, therefore, applies more pressure).
The mother, Beatrice Okello explained that the log went in through the left armpit, the neck and came out through the right cheek on his face. The boy was taken to Nambale sub-county hospital and Busia county hospital only to be referred to The Eldoret Referral.
