Speaking to flashes of hope, Simon Chege who is one of the driver's has said that they are supposed to move off the premises on the 26 or 27 of January 2022. According to Simon, railways company and ministry of roads are claiming ownership and want the stage moved. From sources near him, there shift may be to the downtown stage situated near Bondeni estate. Since Nakuru was declared a city, a lot has happened especially in the transport sector with the internal leadership saying that all this is meant to improve the status and business within the county.
Chege on behalf of others is hoping that this will be the last exodus being experienced and they will be given a permanent solution since this confusion, is not only affecting them but also their customers.
