Nakuru-based doctor identified as James Gakara who was reported to have allegedly killed his two children before attempting to take his life died a week later while receiving the treatment in the hospital.
During a requiem mass which was held on 27th September 2021 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Nakuru Milimani Estate, Winnie Odhiambo, the widow of James Gakara is said to have Eulogized her husband with a glowing tribute despite having reported to have murdered their two children.
In a post shared by Tuko news on Facebook, Winnie said in her tribute, "He was a selfless and supportive man, I got everything I could ask for. Now I know it is not possible for someone to live for 1000 years, my heat bleeds, I'm completely shattered."
Many netizens took to the post to share their views. Many were not expecting such a tribute considering that her husband was alleged to have been involved in making her childless. Here are some of their comments.
