News about murder suspect who goes by the name Evans Juma Wanjala left many Kenyans tongue tied after it was discovered that he had killed five children in Moi's bridge township Uasin Gichu county between 2019 and 2021.
What even shocked many across the country is the courage that he showed when describing how he use to lure the small children, suck their blood, and then brutally kill them before disposing their lifeless bodies in places no one could easily trace. He admitted all this after appearing before Principal Magistrate Naomi Wairimu in Eldoret who at that time granted 21 more days for sleuths to complete their investigations.
As thorough investigations concerning the matter are still ongoing, her wife has finally spoken uttering words of praise for his husband who is still held in police custody. Caroline Mwongeli has described his husband as a "loving man" who despite her having three children from her previous matrimony, agreed to marry her and father her children. However, she would wish that her husband would "rot in jail" having taken away lives of innocent young souls who deserved their rights to live.
