Thika superhighway is one of the major road linking Nairobi Central Business District (CBD) to Nyeri town via Thika. The road is busy during morning and evening hours as people rush to their job places.
Today, there is a heavy traffic snarl up along the road in the evening after an accident was witnessed at a joint to the service lane. According to a photo shared by Ma3Route channel on twitter,a matatu belonging to Lopha travellers sacco was involved in an accident with a saloon car.
