Kenya Power has announced another planned power interruptions for tomorrow, Wednesday December 11, 2022. According to the Homabay County will affected most especially Ndhiwa, Rapedhi, Ndhiwa Market, Ojode Unga, Sukari Industries, Rapedhi Market and adjacent customers will receive long hours of electricity blackout as from 9 am until 4 pm. All Kenya power and Lighting Company, KPLC's customers urged to use alternative sources of electricity.
"Hello KPLC customers and members of the public, the following areas will be affected by scheduled maintenance tomorrow, 12.01.2023," Kenya Power and Lighting Company reveals.
Kenya Power and Lighting Company has therefore revealed that the service interruptions are necessary in order to allow Kenya Power's official and technicians to safety conduct maintenance or repair work. Therefore the company try's to schedule these repairs and keep them to minimum. Whenever possible, they try to provide the customers with prior notice before they interrupt service, hence the list of areas that will be affected by long hours of electricity blackout.
