The Ena coach limited company has left Kenyans Eliciting Mixed reactions after it was sued for alleged theft.
According to the complainant who took the case to the Kamukunji police station, he confirmed to have dropped hiss goods worth KSh 33,000 to the Ena coach's KPCU offices in Nairobi.
The goods were expected to be delivered in Kisii on the 28th of January but it has been over two weeks of waiting and aggressively following where this parcel went as it was never delivered in Kisii.
The complainant however states to have tried following this through both their Kisii and Nairobi offices with no help, to date. To put salt to the injury, he has been unceremoniously blocked from their social media accounts something which he said was due to aggressively demanding for his parcel.
"From the investigations done so far, I believe their is some foul play going on from their Nairobi offices where they selectively don't dispatch some parcels. My parcel was erroneously valued at 2700 (as seen on the attached receipt) which makes it hard for my to claim for compensation. As this agony continues, I have watched quite a dozen of other innocent Kenyans losing their parcels through ENA Coach just between Jan 2021 and today", expressed the complainant.
