Cases of illegal drug peddling operations have gradually continued to rise in Kenya. This is characterized by increased number of people being arrested by police while trying to ferry the drugs to new places. The sale of Bhang has become very common with several businesses running behind cameras. However, police will always manage to catch up with some of these people who ferry the Bhang to new places using the main roads.

As this happens, Multi-agency security officers have seized bhang worth KSh 855,000 street value at a road block. This is something that happened at Archers post while being transported in a Toyota Suceed vehicle of registration number KCK 579V. The vehicle carrying the Bhang was heading to Nairobi County from Marsabit County during the incident.
While confirming the incident, the Isiolo county police commander Joseph Kigen said that one suspect has been arrested. The man who was driving the car is set to be arraigned in court. He will be charged with drug trafficking which is a completely illegal business in Kenya.
