Court Issues Warrant Of Arrest On 3rd Suspect In ksh 20billions Fraud Case Involving 2 Tycoons.

Mombasa Court has issued warrant of arrest on third suspect in ksh 20billions fraud case involving a father and Son

The 3 Paresh Shivji, Shijvi Bahi Jadva Varsani and Victor We're were charged in Mombasa court earlier this year for defrauding the family of a deceased business partner of Estate,several Companies and Academy school Estimated to be worth Ksh 20billions.

Other Charges on the charge sheet are forgery and uttering false statements.

According court documents the 3 between April 14 2002, and January 31 2006 in Mombasa County,

 jointly with others not before the court with intent to defraud and without lawful authority forged documents defrauding the family of a deceased business partner of his 1billion estate.

 The suspects have continued to jointly intermeddle with the affairs of the estate of the said person in one ordinary share valued at approximately 1 billion.

 The property (freehold) is held by the deceased at Ghanshyam Builders Limited.

The accused people are further accused of transferring shares of Pindolia held in Ghanshyam Builders purporting it to belong to Paresh Varsani or Shivjubahi Varsani.

The case was set for hearing today but the third suspect Victor Arara Were failed to appear in court prompting Mombasa magistrate Rittah Amwayi issue warrant of arrest.

"This case was to heard for two days as witness has travelled from London to testify.

The case will proceed tomorrow but issue warrant of arrest on third suspect Victor Were Arara" ruled the magistrate 

The complainant through the prosecution wants KRA and EACC enjoined to the case after the prosecution discovered the new director have failed to pay taxes since the take over of the companies

Investigation officer Munyiri told the court the suspect have already been sermoned DCI headquarters for finger taking to face more charges.
