This is despite the efforts of the security agencies in the area who have, through their presence, discouraged the recklessness of the bandits in the area.
The National Police Service that is keeping the peace in the County of Baringo where bandits have been wrecking havoc is on the spot after allegedly recovering very few cows of the total that was received.
The police have only recovered just 30 Cows out of the total of 1000 that were stolen by bandits yesterday afternoon.
This is a small fraction of the number of cows that were taken by the unlawful bandits who were said to be heavily armed by the locals who encountered them.
The National Police Service as well as the Kenya Defense Forces have been camping in the neighboring county of Laikipia where the same incidents have been taking place for a while now.
We hope that normalcy will be restored in these counties and that people can go on living their lives without hindrance from these bandits.
