The late police officer working in Thika West sub county Kiandutu police post was finally laid to rest today at her parents' home in Nakuru.
Some of her family members who attended the burial could be seen struggling to hide their tears in photos shared by Thika breaking news on Facebook.

Madam Irene Wangari Migongo ended her life last week by shooting herself using a riffle under unclear circumstances.
Reason behind the suicide remain unclear but a day prior to the incident, she wrote a cryptic message on her WhatsApp status "Because tommorow may never be mine" accompanied by the song 'By the sweet Bye and Bye'.
Her colleague who first heard the gunshot sound alerted the OCS who rushed to the scene and found her body lying lifeless facing upward. She had not shown any signs of distress.
Investigations into the incident are still going on. Our sincere condolences to her family members and friends.
