Motorists are always encouraged to ensure that they are always careful on our roads to avoid some of the accidents that are witnessed on a daily basis.

These accidents can be avoided if only traffic laws are followed at all times and vehicles are driven at speeds that are manageable especially during the night.
Last night at around 2300 Hrs, a truck collided head on with a matatu at Kijabe killing two people on the spot.
The two vehicles were travelling in opposite directions of each other when the accident happened just before midnight.

The lorry is said to have been headed to Naivasha while the matatu was headed on the Nairobi direction.
More people were injured in the accident but they were rushed to Kijabe Mission Hospital where they are recuperating.

It's unclear as to what could have caused the deadly head on collision accident that saw the two people die.
We urge drivers especially those that drive at night to he extra careful yo avoid these accidents that lead to loss of innocent lives.
