Residents of Bungoma County, Kapkateny area were treated to rare drama after a junior police officer identified as David Sembe assaulted his boss at the station's police living quarters. The incident happened after the senior officer in charge of the station found his colleague allegedly urinating on his door.
According to a Facebook post by 'Digital Cops' social media platform, the officer identified as Paul Gitangita is said to have caught police constable David urinating at his door where he lives. Paul is said to have confronted him demanding an explanation on why he did the despicable act but the situation quickly turned violent where Paul was hit him with a stone.
The situation was saved by members of the public who intervened and rushed both of the officers to seek medical attention after they were both injured in the brutal fight. A team of detectives were sent to the station on a fact finding mission pending a disciplinary hearing on the conduct of both officers.
