River Yala Dead Bodies Incident: Police Releases Statement.
The National Police Service through their Spokesperson Bruni Isohi have released a presser on the retrieval of dead bodies in river Yala, Siaya county and they stated that 19 bodies have been retrieved from the river and reported to the police in the last two years.
They further denied the media reports that said all the occurance's took place recently.
They also reveled that a team from the Director of Criminal Investigation's (DCI) were tasked with investigation's into this incident and investigation's have been going on.
They added that no one has ever come out to claim the bodies that are at the Yala Sub-county hospital.
