The Johnston's family consists of 7 little members. They are the world's largest known family of achondroplasia dwarfs. Achondroplasia is a genetic disorder that affects the growth of bones.
Above from the left is Elizabeth, Trent, Jonah, Anna, Amber, Emma and Alex.
Jonah and Elizabeth are the only biological children of Trent and Amber, as the others were adopted. Emma was adopted from Russia, Emma from China and Alex from Korea.
The Johnston's have had a reality documentary series since from 2015 known as the 7 little Johnstons.
The series has had 9 good seasons and the show is still thriving. The family are the world's largest known family of achondroplasia dwarfs.
Trent works as grounds supervisor at a local college while Amber is a housewife. Recently, Elizabeth became the first child to move jout of the house to her own house with her boyfriend.
