In these times, it is difficult to find deep and unconditional love. Although love appears to be a test that most people can pass without special skills, few would have bet on Carmen's chances of finding love in a man's arms.
Carmen, a 29-year-old Brazilian woman, suffers from xeroderma pigmentosum, a genetic disorder. Those suffering from this condition should avoid being exposed to the sun or UV lights. Such brief exposures result in severe sunburn and freckles. Carmen lost one lip, her left ear, and part of her nose due to nose cancer as a result of being a victim of these restrictions. Doctors attempted to rebuild it surgically, but they were unsuccessful.
Carmen has had approximately 120 repair surgeries in total. She also has one eye that is deafeningly deafeningly deafen She never went to school and instead learned at home. Getting a job is another matter entirely for her. But Edmilson's difficult life did not prevent him from loving and sharing Carmen's life.
People became aware of their story when she launched a fundraising campaign in order to raise funds for her fiancé's wedding. Her home also needed to be renovated. People responded with money and support, and their wedding party was held. She could also live in a decent house. Carmen has since shared her daily life with her husband on Instagram, where she has approximately 247k follower.
Isn't love blind?
