It is very rare to see in-laws who support wives of their brothers after they pass on. Most of them always try to chase them away and take everything that was to be inherited by the wife. This is the story of Ruth who alleges to have in-laws sent from heaven.
Ruth says to have met her husband on a Sunday, after attending a neighboring PCEA church for the first time. She was requested to read a Bible verse and after the sermon, her husband approached her and told Ruth that she did well. He was currently the Youth Chair of the church.
They dated for a while and later got married on the 28th of November, 2009. After a few months, he lost his job and this became the beginning of their struggles. Putting bread on the table was an problem and they could not even get money to foot hospital bills since Ruth was pregnant by then.
His husband then got a low earning job in Eldoret and left her. He is used to send home small amount of cash that was not enough. Ruth upon seeing the money was too little, she requested for a piece of land from his in-laws and started planting Napier grass.
Amazingly, Ruth started saving the little she got a build a big house for his family on her own. The husband visited her after a while only to be surprised by her efforts. He congratulated her and went back to Eldoret only to collapse and pronounced dead after a short while.
House Build By Ruth
This was the lowest moment for Ruth. She couldn't understand why God had to take him after all the struggles they have been through, only for him to pass on when they have build a home.
Thinking that her in-laws would send her away, she got surprised since they gave her all their support. They also gave Ruth all the property owned by her late husband. Talk about in-laws from heaven.
