You can focus on solving the problem in hand. The fourth thing you should do is come to terms with the fact that you are not a disappointment. You may fail but always keep in mind that you are not a failure and you are an amazing person. Lastly you have to learn from your mistake and find a way to move on with a positive attitude. The truth is we learn from our mistakes and if you are disappointed once you do not have to wait around until the same happens.Move on to something else and do it better.
