Kiambu lady is currently under depression, after allegedly being cheated by her boyfriend on Facebook.
As she narrates her story online, Jane Wambui (not the real name) said she was promised heaven by the man, only to find a single room with few items.
“At first, I thought he was visiting his grandparents to introduce me. But was shocked when he removed the key and opened the door. A five-seater seat, a 32-inch TV, a 6kgs gas cylinder, a mattress on the floor were the only things inside the tiny room,” she said.
During their talks on phone, Wambui said that the man used to video call him from a cozy room, with a bed, toilet, and bathroom room inside.
After two days staying with the man, she seeks permission from him to leave because she couldn't stay any no longer in that house.
In her thoughts, Wambui was sure that the man was going to refund her the bus fare as he had promised, but that didn't happen, he gave her Ksh 700 only as bus fare.
“He gave me Ksh.700 only, after spending two days in his house,” she said.
