If you are a Kikuyu, you must have bumped into a couple of viral videos from Anne Wamuratha, a woman best described as a performing gospel artist, motivational speaker, events organizer, master of ceremony, counsellor and radio host. She is mostly known as a marriage counsellor who has always advocated for people to get married and for those in marriage to enjoy and overcome the hurdles that come with marriages.[Photo courtesy]
In a video posted on her YouTube channel while appearing on an interview with Wahiga Mwaura, Wamuratha advised young ladies to get their companions while young but not to wait until their 50's. She revealed that there are so many women in their 40's and 50's who have achieved everything in their lives but they are constantly calling her requesting her to hook them with a male companion as they feel lonely. Wamuratha reiterated that we should stop this gender fight for superiority but instead complement one another for a peaceful co-existence.[Photo courtesy]
